Summary of Work:

It appears Zoom systems are coming back online. I have been able to successfully load and login to https://illinois.zoom.us and https://illinois-phi.zoom.us. We will continue to test functionality within the portal. Users may notice 404 request errors at the top of the profile page.

The outage affected the application's ability to login.
We have tested and been able to successfully start and join meetings within the application at this time.

Resolution:

Zoom has resolved the issues causing users to be unable to access to Zoom Web Portal. We will continue to monitor the situation. If users experience Zoom related issues, please report them to the Technology Serivces Help Desk at 217-244-7000 or consult@illinois.edu
