Campus Monitoring, ongoing performance issues
Summary of Work:

Resolution:
The root cause of the ongoing performance degradation of the Campus Monitoring service has been identified and addressed. Expected performance has been restored. Please create a TDX support ticket for any questions about this event by sending an email to Campus-Monitoring@mx.uillinois.edu.

Campus Monitoring performance issues
Summary of Work:
		Beginning at about 3:56 am this morning (Wednesday, February 9) Nagios began having issues.
		
Impacted Audience:
Campus Monitoring users
Impact of Work:
		Investigation is underway; issues include probe timeouts, slow processing, unprocessed graphs, etc. and appears to be unrelated to addition of CPUs yesterday. Issues which began this morning appear to also be unrelated to isolated DNS timeout issues which have also been reported.
