If your cPanel-hosted website is currently generating a certificate error, try visiting your cPanel dashboard and selecting "SSL/TLS Status." If the "Run AutoSSL" button is available, clicking this button may resolve your issue. If this button instead says "Processing," or if after you click it it says "Processing" for more than 10 minutes, create a ticket with us and we may be able to help get your certificate issued more quickly.
