Reports of email monitoring slowness for help.uillinois.edu - update 3
Summary of Work:
			Errors have continued to diminish and email services now appear to be operating normally for us. We will keep this Status message posted until the vendor announces that the issue is resolved.

Resolution:
A fix for the mail processing issue was released at 2:15 PM ET, and infrastructure was scaled to assist with mail processing. Backlogged messages were all processed by 3 PM ET, and we continued to monitor performance to ensure it remained within acceptable levels. This incident is considered resolved at this time.
