Banner upgrades
Summary of Work:
		Banner will be upgraded to incorporate Financial Aid regulatory requirements along with several minor defect corrections.

		Banner will not be completely down for this event, however, Banner Administrative Pages, BDM (attachments), and Workflow will be unavailable during the upgrades.
