Backlog in processing substantially reduced
Summary of Work:
			he backlog in processing videos has been substantially reduced.  However, isolated videos can still take longer than expected to be fully encoded, and might play but with display issues while the conversion process completes. The vendor reports that they continue to make progress, but delays in processing videos should be expected as we monitor the situation.

Resolution:
While sporadic issues remain, we are no longer seeing a global backlog in processing videos. We are monitoring the situation and working with the vendor.

Kaltura, Long processing times for media
Summary of Work:
		Kaltura reports that there is a long queue worldwide of videos to be encoded so that they will play online.  Delays in processing can exceed 24 hours or more.  This also affects recordings transferred from Zoom Cloud.

Kaltura is monitoring the situation, as are we.  They have added capacity, and expect the backlog to be caught up next week.

Watchful waiting of individual videos is suggested.
