Sporadic issues, very infrequent
Summary of Work:
			We are still seeing very infrequent glitches in uploads, converting videos, and Access denied and other errors, which are affecting very few users. We are monitoring these issues closely and working with Kaltura, as are other schools.  

Users who encounter 500, API and Access Denied errors, playback problems, and other issues are advised to try again, either immediately or again when convenient. 

The vendor also suggests that users clear their browser cache. 

Users who experience failed uploads, often with the message "Oops! Uploaded bytes exceed file size" need to know that there is no file size limit, and should try uploading again. 

Viewers who encounter buffering or other playback issues should can try reloading the page. Otherwise, we ask for patience as we work through these issues.

Kaltura, Sporadic issues for users
Summary of Work:
		Some users of Kaltura are experiencing sporadic service interruptions and issues for limited times for limited users. These can include playback issues, slowness in uploading videos, failed uploads (sometimes with the error message, "Oops. . . ."),  and API errors and Access Denied errors, and issues with editing videos online. 

Kaltura is monitoring the situation, as are we. They have mitigated some issues, but new issues have arisen. 

Users who encounter trouble, are advised close all browser windows and restart, log into mediaspace.illinois.edu and try again, or to try again when convenient.
