We are still seeing very infrequent glitches in uploads, converting videos, and Access denied and other errors, which are affecting very few users. We are monitoring these issues closely and working with Kaltura, as are other schools.
Users who encounter 500, API and Access Denied errors, playback problems, and other issues are advised to try again, either immediately or again when convenient.
The vendor also suggests that users clear their browser cache.
Users who experience failed uploads, often with the message "Oops! Uploaded bytes exceed file size" need to know that there is no file size limit, and should try uploading again.
Viewers who encounter buffering or other playback issues should can try reloading the page. Otherwise, we ask for patience as we work through these issues.
