Pinnacle will be offline and unavailable from Friday, May 22, 2020 at 5pm until 8 am Monday, June 1, 2020.
Pinnacle is being upgraded from version 6 to Pinnacle version 7 and migrated to a hosted service. During this time, Pinnacle Dept Managers will not be able to access Pinnacle to submit service requests, run reports, or access service information as the current data and configuration elements are migrated.
Emergency Skype account requests for new employees that start during the migration period will be processed - provided the individual has completed the E911 Acknowledgement. Pinnacle Department Managers can submit emergency Skype requests via email to email@example.com. No other service requests will be processed during this period.
On June 1 Pinnacle Department Managers will be directed to the new version of Pinnacle.
