ArcGIS Online Account Issue
Summary of Work:
			Federated SSO was re-established this week for the UIUC, UIC, and UIS campuses. Customers can again login to their original accounts. Work is proceeding to migrate or consolidate accounts created after the initial outage on 4/9. This will be completed next week.

Resolution:
Federated SSO login has been re-established for the UIUC, UIC, and UIS campuses. Account consolidation/migration is proceeding well and will be completed next week.

ArcGIS Online Account Issue
Summary of Work:
		As a side-effect of the ArcGIS Online authentication repair work completed yesterday it was discovered that when existing users login they cannot access their existing content.
		
Impacted Audience:
ArcGIS Online users on the UIUC, UIC and UIS campuses
Impact of Work:
		Current ArcGIS users are not able to access their existing online content. Their content is still present, safe, but not available at this point. Work has resumed with ESRI to resolve this issue. We ask that people not log into their online account in order to minimize the cleanup required once this issue has been resolved.
