Resolution:
We have tested and the problem was resolved by App Admin/Exchange techs.

Service Desk Manager (SDM) - outgoing emails to external addresses are not being sent
Summary of Work:
		
		
Impacted Audience:
SDM analysts and customers sending tickets from external domains
Impact of Work:
		Manual Notifies from SDM tickets to external email addresses are not being delivered consistently.  This issue is not affecting delivery campus email addresses (@illinois.edu, @uis.edu, @uic.edu, @uillinois.edu).  Technical teams have begun investigation.
