Impacted Audience:
All Pinnacle Users (Urbana-Champaign)
Impact of Work:
		Technology Services has received reports of authorized Pinnacle users being unable to log into the application.  The authorized users receive an error message of "Invalid Credentials".  Efforts to identify and mitigate the issue are underway.  However, Technology Services encourages all authorized Pinnacle users receiving this error message to report it.  To report, please contact the Technology Services Help Desk at consult@illinois.edu and include the error message verbiage and the browser/version being used.
