Technology Services has received reports of authorized Pinnacle users being unable to log into the application. The authorized users receive an error message of "Invalid Credentials". Efforts to identify and mitigate the issue are underway. However, Technology Services encourages all authorized Pinnacle users receiving this error message to report it.
