Subject: Evisions Form Fusion and IntelleCheck upgrade, Banner Document Management Suite (BDMS) Xtender upgrade
Of Interest to: Users of UI-Integrate Banner system and ALL related administrative applications.
What/When: The UI-Integrate/ Banner system will be unavailable on Sunday, June 23, 2013 between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Impact: Banner and ALL related administrative applications will be unavailable during the upgrade. This includes: BANNER forms, BANNER Workflow, Web Self-Service applications (Web for Recruiting, Web for Admissions, Web for Students, Web for Faculty, Web for Finance, and Web for Employees), Ad Astra, ANYDOCS/Axiom, BXS(BDMS), CAS, Darwin, Codebook, NelNet, NESSIE and Nessie New Hire, DART, PANDA, NEWT, Positive Time Reporting Application, HR Front End, P-Card, IBUY, Travel and Expense and all AITS supported web applications including all applications using the messaging infrastructure touching the production Banner database.
Why: To install upgrades.

Of Interest to: Users of applications communicating with AITS maintained APPS database.
What/When: Sunday, June 23, 2013 between 6:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Impact: Several production applications including AVSL, HR Front End (HRFE), NESSIE, NNH, NEWT, DART, www.ethics.uillinois.edu website, SOEEA Time Reporting (PTR), Travel Card (TCard), UHR Online Performance Appraisal will be unavailable during this time.
Why: To perform maintenance on the database.
Subject: Software Upgrade on Application Servers hosting FormBuilder, AVSL and several DS Applications
Of Interest to: Users of FormBuilder (Camp Registration), AVSL and several Decision Support applications.
Impact: Several production applications including FormBuilder (Camp Registration), AVSL, DS Knowledge Center, DS Training Registration and DSUSCApp will be unavailable during this time.
Why: To perform software upgrade on the hosting servers.
Subject: Finance End of Year Processing Event
Of Interest to: Users of UI-Integrate Banner system and ALL related administrative applications - including Messaging Applications.
What/When: The UI-Integrate/ Banner system will be unavailable on Saturday, July 13, 2013 between 6:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Impact: Banner and ALL related administrative applications will be unavailable during this time.
